Arabica coffee trading has slow make its coffee prices fell. This condition interfered by supply of the coffee bean is increased to the auction. In the New York auction, coffee prices also down last week by $5.90 per 50 kg, while London prices rose by $3.60 per 50 kg.
Benchmark grade AA sold at $236-$321 per bag, down from $267-$340.80 per bag previously. The average price was $284.37 per bag, down from $286.85.
The average price for Grade A rose to $284.47 from $279.33 previously. The newly introduced grade AB got an average price of $280.03, down from $286.40.
The coffe board also forecasts the 2011/12 crop will fall to 45,000 tonnes in the continent's fourth-largest coffee grower -- after Ethiopia, Uganda and Ivory Coast -- from 56,247 tonnes in the previous season.
