US Domestic and International Rice Futures Prices Down amid Lackluster Demand
Written By mine on Senin, 20 Februari 2012 | 12.56
U.S. rice futures end down for the third day in a row amid lackluster demand. The market has sagged amid a lack of buyers, both domestically and internationally. Despite losses, the market still gained 3.1% on the week thanks to a sharp rally Monday. Worries about whether U.S. farmers will cut back on their acreage is helping prevent further losses. CBOT March rice ends down 16 1/2c to $14.13 ½.
